September 3, 2007 E61-4 was dispatched at 07:30 am to do standby at Carbondale fire department while they were working on a house fire. Companies on standby were E61-4 and E60. We had 7 men on the alarm

September 3, 2007  E61-4 was dispatched for a smoke investigation on Mitchell Ave. in the City of Carbondale. E61-4 on scene and nothing was found. E61-4 returned to Carbondale station for standby. We had 7 men on the alarm.

Septerber 5, 2007 E61-3 and E61-4  were dispatched at 19:30 for a brush fire on Morse Ave. Both trucks on scene and found a box that was on fire but was out when we got on scene. All companies returned to serivce. Companies on the box were E61-3, E61-4, R51, BT60, BT26, and BLS51-9. We had 16 men on the alarm.

Septerber 9, 2007 E61-4 and E61-3 were dispatched at 16:00 for an electrical fire at 209 Jefferson St. E61-4 on scene and found the fire was out but the basement was filled with smoke. We were on scene for a an hour and a half until PPL got on scene.Companies on the box were E61-3, E61-4, R51, L51, E42, and BLS51-9 and at Station 61 were R51-2, and T24. We had 13 men on the alarm.

September 12, 2007 E61-3 and E61-4 were dispatched at 20:30 for the smell of gas between the 700 and 800 block of Main Street. After about a half hour and nothing was found all companies returned. Companies on the box were E61-3, E61-4, R51, BLS51-9. On stand-by were R51-2, and R41. We had 11 men on the alarm.

September 17, 2007 Station 61 along with Station 24 and 18. Were dispatched around 16:00 to stand-by and take phone calls for the Crystal Lake area due to 911 emergency was down in that area.

September 17, 2007   E61-3 was dispatched to Woods Street for a garbage fire E42 on scene and E61-3 asst. putting the fire out. Companies on the box were E61-3 and E42. We had 5 men on the alarm.

September 20, 2007 E61-4 and E61-3 were dispatched to 10 Reservoir Street for a working structure fire training at the Nursing Home. Companies on the box were E61-4, E61-3, R51, R51-2, L51, E42, BLS51-9, and on stand-by T24. We had 12 men on the alarm.

September 21, 2007 E61-4 was dispatched 20:48 to relocate to Station 51 while they were working on a business fire. We were on stand-by for 4 hours. We had 11 men on the alarm.

 

 

September 23, 2007 Fire Police was dispatched at 18:00 to do traffic control for Scothlas's Funeral Home. We had 1 man on the alarm.

September 25, 2007 E61-4 was dispatched at 23:00 to stand-by at Station 75 while they were working on a structure fire. We had 10 men on the alarm.
